Meet Your Host, Heidi MacPherson

I have been part of the evolution of the resort's Yoga and wellness programs at Pacific Sands since 2017. I am grateful for the Resort’s trust to curate intentional and personalized seasonal Retreats. With over 2000 hours of supplemental training in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, meditation, anatomy and biomechanics, my teachings are alignment-based, compassionate, and whole. 90 min Morning Hatha classes are skillfully sequenced and supported. I am inspired by the changing of seasons. “I love to pause, just as nature does. Deep Fall is the time for nourishment and space….the opportunity to dig beneath the soil.” My Retreats are the perfect container to create space for yourself, to immerse in the medicine of the Pacific Ocean and to reclaim your innate creativity.
