This is an accessible, all levels Hatha class designed to incorporate natural elements and the medicine of Cox Bay, čahayis. Expect foundational yoga shapes, breath, drumming and Tla-o-qui-aht earth wisdom. Witness this moment along with the eagles, ravens, and waves 8pm - 9pm. Beach yoga towels provided. Bring layers.
